Map end-to-end pathways with SIPOC and VSM to find waste and handoff risk.
Design a data plan and run MSA for continuous and attribute data.
Apply confidence intervals, t-tests, chi-square and regression to distinguish signal from noise in clinical data.

The curriculum
| Define | Program orientation, project scoping, charter and A3 in a clinical context. |
| Measure | SIPOC / VSM, data plans and Measurement System Analysis for care data. |
| Analyze | Statistical analysis — CI, tests, correlation and regression on clinical datasets. |
| Risk & causes | Ishikawa, 5-Whys, Pareto and FMEA to prioritise safety risk. |
| Improve | PDCA and DOE-screening logic to design and pilot countermeasures. |
| Control | SPC, capability and a control plan; ethical, GDPR-aware A3 handover. |
You'll walk away with
A charter and A3, SIPOC / VSM, MSA report and analysis notebook
An FMEA sheet, pilot log, SPC pack and a final control plan
45 hours of work-based DMAIC on a real clinical problem
