What you'll master
Select, charter and govern high-impact projects aligned to strategy.
Build valid measurement systems and credible baselines (Cp/Cpk, Pp/Ppk, DPMO, RTY).
Isolate the critical few X’s with hypothesis testing, regression, ANOVA and Design of Experiments.
Design full and fractional factorial experiments, and robust / blocked designs.
Pilot, verify and scale improvements with clear financial and operational benefits.
Sustain gains with SPC, control plans and daily management — and coach Green Belts to replicate results.

Assessment
