ECLEE is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and integrity of personal data collected from learners, sponsors, partners, and visitors.
2. Learner Protection & Explicit Consent
In accordance with Rule 3 of the ECLEE Africa Initiative, no personal details (last name, email address, photo, or quote) are ever publicly shared without prior written, signed consent.
Protection of Minors: For minor learners, signed parental or legal guardian consent is mandatory before any public disclosure. Without this consent, publication is systematically prevented by our systems.
3. Sponsor Data & Payment Security
Data collected during sponsorship (name, email, selected contribution, country preference) is solely used for administering sponsorship agreements, tax documentation, and progress reporting.
Payment Processing: Transactions are handled directly by Stripe on PCI-DSS certified infrastructure. ECLEE never accesses or stores credit card numbers on its servers.
