1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the enrollment in certifications and the sponsorship contributions supporting the ECLEE Africa Initiative.
2. Sponsorship Commitments (Three-Way Agreement)
Each sponsorship (€149, €745, or €12.50/month) finances one accredited Lean Six Sigma training pathway and one real-world, documented community project.
Reassignment Guarantee: If a sponsored learner ceases participation before completion, ECLEE reassigns the sponsorship funds to the next learner on the waiting list and promptly informs the sponsor.
3. Payment & Security
Payments are handled securely via Stripe Checkout. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by the sponsor via Stripe or by contacting support.
4. Applicable Law
These conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lille, France.
